We will provide accomodation for all attendees during the 2 nights of the congress (Friday and Saturday). Attendees will be staying in a hotel near the venue, and will generally be hosted in standard twin (double) rooms with bathroom with another random same-gender attendee. We're unfortunately unable to provide single rooms, but you're welcome to note on the registration form (or email us) if there's a specific attendee you'd like to share your room with.

Attendees can chose to register with or without accomodation. While the choice is yours, we have to warn that the event venue is not easily accessible by public transportation, and we are unable to provide transportation to hotels other than our own. We recommend that you only chose another hotel if you're bringing a car, renting one, or willing to travel by taxi (which can be somewhat expensive).

We cannot provide accomodation for extra nights, so if you intend to stay longer, you'll have to book your own. You are welcome to contact us if you need some help finding a hotel. For some good options, check this page.
